8u-14u Girls Teams (2nd-8th grade)
Our youth teams form the backbone of our program, embodying our commitment to holistic athlete development. Geared towards advanced level players looking to enhance their skills while competing against the best, our youth teams offer a unique platform for growth.
Comprising of girls divisions across most of elementary and middle school categories (8u-14u), we offer a wide range of teams.
Although winning and competing are essential, we focus on individual athlete development in areas such as fundamental skills, mental toughness, strength and conditioning, and leadership. We believe that participation in our program goes beyond basketball. Our program teaches essential life skills such as teamwork, dedication, and discipline. We take pride in helping young athletes become better individuals both on and off the court.

Iron Sharpens Iron
We consistently challenge our athletes by providing opportunities to compete against the best in 1-2 tournaments per month.
Our teams practice 2-3 times per week and frequently hold film review and conditioning sessions.
Travel
Most of our teams travel 2-4 times per season to out-of-town tournaments, offering our athletes exposure to diverse competition and creating lasting team memories beyond the court.
Previous destinations include: Las Vegas, San Francisco, Arizona, San Diego, Santa Barbara, and Palm Springs.
Experienced Coaches
Our coaching staff features experienced high school coaches and trainers passionate about teaching the game the right way! Their wealth of experience ensures a focused and impactful approach to skill development, providing our athletes with valuable insights and knowledge.
Additionally, most of our coaches are USA Basketball Gold Licensed, a testament to their commitment to excellence and adherence to the highest coaching standards.

We proudly host all our practices at Academy USA in Glendale, CA, featuring three NCAA regulation courts and a fully equipped fitness center. This premier facility ensures our athletes have the optimal environment for skill development and comprehensive training.
Specials Events
Our teams occasionally compete at venues like Crypto.com Arena, SoFi Stadium, USC, and more! It's a unique opportunity for our athletes to compete on big stages, creating lasting memories and adding an extra layer of excitement to their basketball journey.
Media Day
Participate in our annual media day, a no-cost opportunity for athletes to get team photos and individual portraits taken. It's an enjoyable event, offering players a chance to capture memories and enjoy end-of-season festivities.
Banquet
Cap off the season with our end-of-season banquet—the perfect way to acknowledge the hurdles overcome and victories achieved. This special gathering is a moment to celebrate the accomplishments of our athletes, coaches, and teams, providing well-deserved recognition in a memorable and festive atmosphere.
Parent Games
