REFUND POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our program. Please review the following policy carefully:
Eligibility for Refunds or Credits:
Refunds or credits are only granted in cases of injury that prevent a player from participating in practices, games, or camps.
Process for Requesting a Refund or Credit:
Email billing@laselect.com with the subject line “Refund/Credit Request.”
Include the player’s full name, details of the injury, and any supporting documentation (such as a doctor’s note).
Important Notes:
Refunds or credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All decisions regarding refunds or credits are final.
Membership, game, and uniform fees are non-refundable under all other circumstances.
Camp refunds are available only prior to the start of camp and are subject to a $60 processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Members cannot “pause” or skip months for any reason. Membership must remain active continuously to retain a roster spot in the program.
Exception – High School Teams:
High school teams are the only exception, as most teams will pause for June and August.
