REFUND POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair while maintaining the integrity of our program. Please review the following policy carefully:

Eligibility for Refunds or Credits:
Refunds or credits are only granted in cases of injury that prevent a player from participating in practices, games, or camps.

Process for Requesting a Refund or Credit:

  1. Email billing@laselect.com with the subject line “Refund/Credit Request.”

  2. Include the player’s full name, details of the injury, and any supporting documentation (such as a doctor’s note).

Important Notes

  • Refunds or credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • All decisions regarding refunds or credits are final.

  • Membership, game, and uniform fees are non-refundable under all other circumstances.

Attendance and Proration Policy

  • LA Select memberships cannot be prorated, paused, or adjusted due to travel, school activities, vacations, or any other scheduling conflicts.

  • Players are responsible for their commitment to the team schedule once they accept a roster spot.

  • Roster spots are reserved and operating costs continue regardless of individual attendance.

Exception – High School Teams:
High school teams are the only exception, as most teams will pause for June and August.
